Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • tsp cinnamon
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp roasted & unsalted peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados into cubes and add them into a large bowl.
  • Place the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle an extra bit of paprika on top of the salad as well.
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips, as a side to salmon, or even as a side to this Ivorian Fried Tuna Steak!
