Mango Milk (Jus de Fruit)

Mango Milk or Jus de Fruit is a refreshing, ice cold drink with mango, milk and a dash of cardamom. It’s part milkshake, part fruit smoothie and totally delicious!

Recipe copyright The Foreign Fork. For educational or personal use only.
  • Whole Milk: You can use any milk you have on hand, but whole milk will give you the creamiest, most delicious results.
  • Fresh mango: You can use red mangos or yellow ataulfo mangoes for this recipe.
  • Granulated sugar: You could substitute honey if you like.
  • While this jus de fruit is blended with ice, I recommend also serving it over ice to keep the drink extra cold and delicious
  • Feel free to try this recipe with other fruits! Guava, papaya, orange and pineapple would all be delicious.
