Mango Milk (Jus de Fruit)
Mango Milk or Jus de Fruit is a refreshing, ice cold drink with mango, milk and a dash of cardamom. It’s part milkshake, part fruit smoothie and totally delicious!
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes Cook Time 0 minutes minutes Total Time 10 minutes minutes
2 cups 2% or whole milk 1 ½ cups fresh mango about 1 mango 3 tbsp granulated sugar ½ cups ice ¼ tsp cardamom
Use a knife to gently remove the peel from the mango. Cut the flesh of the mango away from the pit, then cut the mango into cubes.

Whole Milk: You can use any milk you have on hand, but whole milk will give you the creamiest, most delicious results.
Fresh mango: You can use red mangos or yellow ataulfo mangoes for this recipe.
Granulated sugar: You could substitute honey if you like.
While this jus de fruit is blended with ice, I recommend also serving it over ice to keep the drink extra cold and delicious
Feel free to try this recipe with other fruits! Guava, papaya, orange and pineapple would all be delicious.
