Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a sieve or colander to drain out the pulp. Let it sit in the strainer for a bit to ensure that all the liquid strains out. Enjoy!
  • You can also drink the agua fresca without straining, but this is more of a smoothie consistency than juice.
