Strawberry Bread Recipe

This recipe is perfect for a spring or summer snack and can be enjoyed as a breakfast treat or a fruity dessert!

Ingredients List:

Flour | Sugar Baking Soda Buttermilk | Egg Vanilla | Milk Strawberries Powdered Sugar Butter Red Food Coloring

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the wet ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Then slowly pour in and mix the wet ingredients mixture.

Toss your strawberries with in flour. Then pour the strawberries into the batter and fold them in carefully.

Pour the batter into a prepped bread pan. Then cook until the bread is golden brown.

Combine all the strawberry glaze ingredients together. Then pour over the loaf.


Expert Tips:

If you’d like to freeze the bread, you can always do so! It will stay good in the freezer for up to three months. Just make sure to allow it to thaw before eating.
