Peach Pizza with Goat Cheese

This pizza recipe is perfect for a summer meal when you want to enjoy all the fresh summer tastes you can handle!

Ingredients List:

Frozen Pizza Dough Olive Oil Goat Cheese Peaches Honey Thyme

Press the thawed pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a prepped baking sheet. Then brush the crust with the olive oil.

Crumble the goat cheese on top of the bread. Then put in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

While the dough is baking, cut the peaches into slices. Place each peach slice on an a griddle and grill until char marks form.

Once the dough is done baking, top it with the grilled peaches and the fresh thyme. Then drizzle honey over the entire peach pizza.


Expert Tips:

If you want to stay away from too sweet of an appetizer, you can instead top the peach pizza with balsamic glaze (as opposed to honey)
