Wiener  Schnitzel

Wiener schnitzel is an Austrian main dish made with veal. The meat is pounded into thin slices, breaded, and fried and is then served with lemon wedges and greens for garnishment.

–veal cutlets –milk –egg –flour –plain bread crumbs –vegetable oil –lemon slices –parsley

Prepare the meat by tenderizing the meat to about 1/4".

Dredge your cutlet in egg wash before adding the breadcrumbs.

From the egg mixture, move the veal cutlet to the container of breadcrumbs, coating it thoroughly.

The meat cooks quickly once it's heated to 350.

Give a good squeeze of lemon over your veal, then serve!
