Roll the dough out into a 13×9 inch rectangle on a piece of parchment paper. Once rolled out, use the parchment paper to transfer the cookie onto a baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine the butter and the cream cheese until fluffy. Then add the vanilla and honey and mix again.
Once the cookie has cooled, use a rubber spatula to spread the icing over the cookie. Then decorate with all the fruits in an American Flag pattern.
Make sure to release the pressure in the pot as soon as your pasta is done cooking. The longer you leave it without releasing pressure, the mushier your pasta will get.
