Banana Bread Recipe

Simple and classic banana bread recipe that is customizable with mix-ins or delicious plain. This bread has such a moist texture and delightful flavor!

Ingredients List:

Eggs | Flour Ripe Bananas Granulated Sugar Vegetable Oil Baking Powder Baking Soda

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until well-blended. Then mash in the bananas before mixing in the sugar and oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Then add it to the banana mixture and combine.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool before cutting


Expert Tips:

If the top of your banana bread begins to brown or burn before the center is cooked, tent some aluminum foil over the top of the pan as you bake.
