Goat Cheese Appetizer with Puff Pastry

This goat cheese appetizer is so easy and so delicious! It is made with puff pastry and jam– in my case papaya jam. If you want to make my papaya jam recipe, you absolutely can! Or you can always use any other jam that you have in your fridge or pantry. It’s entirely up to you.

Just 3 ingredients! -Goat cheese -Puff Pastry -Jam flavor of your choice (you can check out my papaya jam recipe!)

Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the directions on the package.

Use a 3-in cookie cutter to cut out circles from the puff pastry sheets. Use your thumb to press down on the center of each of the circles you cut out.

Add ½ tbsp of goat cheese to your thumb indent.

03

Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until the puff pastries begin to brown.
