Mango and Pineapple Peanut Butter Açaí Bowls

Açaí na tigela, more commonly known as an açaí bowl in the beachy sections of Los Angeles, comes from the tropical flavors of wonderful Brazil. Açaí is a fruit that grows in Brazil. It is blended up with other fruits and decorated with toppings to create a wonderfully delicious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Açaí Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup frozen Mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen Pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp All natural peanut butter, creamy
  • ¾ cup unsweetened Almond milk

Topping Ingredients

  • Private Selection Coconut Macaroon Granola
  • All Natural Peanut butter, creamy
  • Banana
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Top with desired amount of topping ingredients. Enjoy!
