Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 .7 oz pack of dry Italian Salad Dressing and Recipe Packet (I used Good Seasons Brand)

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or anything else you’d like. Enjoy!

  • Sour Cream: You can use regular or low fat sour cream. For a healthier alternative, you can also use unflavored Greek yogurt.
  • Italian Seasoning Packet: These packets are typically used to make homemade Italian dressing as home. I used 1 (.7 oz) pack of dry Italian Salad Dressing and Recipe Packet, Good Seasons brand.
  • For an even healthier version of this dip, you can replace the sour cream with unflavored Greek yogurt. 
  • There is no need to limit yourself to just a vegetable dip! This recipe would also be delicious on sandwiches, as a chip dip, or even mixed into eggs.
