The Ingredients – dry penne – chicken broth – marinara sauce – garlic – salt and pepper – oregano – rosemary – sage – marjoram – pepperoni – mozzarella

I love that you can have big forkfuls of pasta, but I also love the big layer of cheese that comes with pizza!

Add the pasta, marinara and spices to the instant pot with the chicken broth. Cover it and set for 8 minutes.

Do a quick release when the timer goes off. Stir in half the pepperoni and cheese, letting it melt in the hot mixture. Top the mixture with cheese and pepperoni, put the cover on and let itmelt and the mixture settle.

Use mini pepperoni if you want pepperoni in every bite! Replace pepperoni with ground sausage if you like.
