Pispili - Albanian Cornbread

Pispili is an Albanian dish that consists of cornbread filled with leeks and, in this case, feta cheese. It is common in the rural areas of Albania and can be served as either a main course or a side dish.

- yogurt - olive oil - eggs - flour - corn flour - leeks - baking powder - black pepper - salt - feta cheese - scallions

Clean your leek well! Then chop the green portion.

Combine the ingredients for the corn mixture and add to a baking pan. 

Slice the leeks, green onions and combine with the feta and use to cover the cornbread mixture.
