Açaí Bowl  Brazilian Recipe

Açaí na tigela, more commonly known as an açaí bowl in the beachy sections of Los Angeles, comes from the tropics of Brazil.  Açaí is blended up with other fruits and decorated with toppings to create a wonderfully delicious breakfast or snack.

Smoothie ingredients --Açaí powder --Banana --Mango chunks --Pineapple chunks --Peanut butter  --Unsweetened Almond milk

Topping ingredients --Coconut Macaroon Granola --Natural peanut butter, creamy --Bananas --Raspberries --Blueberries --Chia seeds

Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with desired amount of topping ingredients.

Try it with coconut milk instead of almond milk.

You could top your bowl with cacao nibs, or maybe kiwi!
