Prepare the beans and meat. Beans need to soak overnight. Cut and soak the corned beef before cutting them into smaller pieces and added them to a pot with the pork ribs for boiling.
Pour in the soaked beans and bay leaves, add in the water and allow the ingredients to cook about 2 hours. Mash up a portion of the beans to use as a thickener.
