PAN CON POLLO SALVADORENO

This meal is made by stewing chicken in a tomato sauce and then serving the stewed chicken (pollo salvadoreños) on a subway sandwich roll with mayonnaise-mustard dressing, chicken, and raw vegetables.

Marinate the chicken.

Prepare the sauce ingredients in a food processor.

Stew chicken in the sauce until its tender and ready to load onto a sandwich.

Set up the lettuce into the bread roll and toss in some chicken and a combo of your favorite veggies.
