SPINACH SALAD WITH BACON AND POPPYSEED DRESSING

This salad is made with spinach and topped with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. On top goes a Poppy Seed Dressing that is delightfully sweet and just a tiny bit creamy. Perfect to serve at Easter and Mother's Day!

– Spinach – Cheddar cheese – Bacon – Sugar – Apple Cider Vinegar – Vegetable oil – Ground mustard – Sweet yellow onion – Poppyseeds – Salt

Make the dressing: this dressing is simple but so so good. Use a blender to achieve the smooth texture.

Cook the bacon until nice and crispy. Then cut it into crumbled pieces. 

Add all the ingredients into a salad bowl, adding the bacon and cheese. Toss the salad once the poppyseed dressing is over it and let it sit a few minutes.
