This Jamaican Rasta Pasta Recipe is a flavorful dish that makes the perfect weeknight dinner. With sliced bell peppers, onions and chicken in a creamy sauce, it’s a dish everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS – Chicken breasts – Jerk chicken seasoning – Unsalted butter – Cavatelli pasta – Olive oil – Red, Orange and yellow bell peppers – Red onion – Garlic  – Green onions – Chicken stock – Heavy cream – Parmesan cheese

Bake the chicken:  Combine the jerk seasoning on the raw chicken pieces, add it to a baking dish and add chunks of butter over the top.

Cook the pasta:  Cook the pasta al dente.

Add your colorful peppers, onions and garlic to a skillet and soften. 

Add the heavy cream  and chicken stock to the pan and combine the flavors as the sauce thickens up. 

Add the chicken and pasta together with the sauce and let it heat together.
