Vermicelli Rice (Armenian Rice Pilaf) Recipe

Ingredients – butter – vermicelli noodles – white rice – chicken stock – salt & pepper – cinnamon

Melt the butter and then add the vermicelli so it's toasted lightly.

Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and cover the pot, allowing the ingredients to come to boil, then simmer until cooked.

You can sub angel hair pasta or fideo noodles if you cannot find vermicelli. Any will work.
