MIDDLE EASTERN FALAFEL RECIPE

Falafel is a delicious ball of fried chickpeas and herbs that can be eaten as an appetizer or a main dish inside a warm pita. It’s a perfect vegan dish that can be enjoyed by anyone!

–Dried chickpeas –Parsley –Cilantro –Yellow onion –Garlic –Salt & Pepper –Cumin –Coriander –Cayenne Pepper –Baking powder –Vegetable oil

Soften your dried chickpeas - about 16-18 hours.

Prepare the mixture for falafel balls using the food processor.

After the mixture rests, prepare the balls of chickpea dough and fry them in oil.

Serve your delicious finger food with a side of hummus!
