–pumpkin seeds

–garlic

FULL INGREDIENTS
Grind the pumpkin seeds into a powder in your food processor.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in with the pumpkin seeds to form the beef mixture.
The meat mixture should refrigerate for at least an hour then roll them into golf size balls and fry in the cast iron pan.
