Arroz con Leche

Arroz con Leche is a rice pudding made by cooking the rice with 3 milks and cinnamon for a sweet taste of Mexico everyone will love!


Cook up the rice to get the recipe started. Add a whole cinnamon stick as it boils.

Add in the 3 milks and an additional cinnamon stick.

Let the rice and milks thicken up. Be sure to stir regularly so it doesn't scald the bottom of the pan.

Once the rice is done cooking, let it begin to cool before serving, about 15-30 minutes. Top with additional ground cinnamon and raisins for flavor.
