– Pickled Gobo – Sushi Rice – Rice Vinegar – Seaweed 

Prepare the sushi rice, then add the rice vinegar over it and set it aside to cool.

Assemble the rolls.

Roll the suchi and cut into slices.

Top your gobo sushi roll with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce if you wish.
