Shakshuka, A Savory Middle Eastern Dish

Shakshuka recipe is an easy and savory Middle Eastern and African dish of eggs made of tomatoes, onions, herbs. It’s delicious and filling and will leave you feeling satisfied and ready for the day!

– Red onion – Salt – Cumin – Black pepper – Paprika – Garlic – Tomato paste – Green chili pepper – Roma tomatoes – Eggs – Parsley

Prepare the sauce.

Add in the diced tomatoes and pepper, allow to simmer with the cover on.

Crack an egg in the sauce and cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes, enough for the egg to set but still remain runny.
