JAPANESE CURRY RECIPE

Japanese Curry is savory, warm, and easy to put together for a weeknight meal. If you are craving an easy curry dish, Japanese curry is the perfect recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS – Ginger –  Vegetable oil – Garlic – Yellow onion – Celery – Chicken breast – Carrots – Golden potatoes – Soy sauce – Golden curry pieces – Japanese short rice

Cook the veggies: Start by heating up the ginger and the garlic in hot oil. Then stir in the celery and onion, letting them soften. 

Add the chicken to the pot, stir it in to the veggies until the outside of the chicken is cooked but not all the way through. 

Time to mix in the carrots, potatoes and soy sauce with water. 

Allow the mixture to simmer for about 15 minutes, then add in the curry pieces. Let it continue simmering to combine and thicken up. 

Serve with Japanese short rice!
