Red Chimichurri

In this Red Chimichurri Sauce Recipe (or Chimichurri Rojo), we use the base of a typical chimichurri and add some fun extra elements to make it red!

Ingredients List:

Roasted Bell Pepper Parsley Red Wine Vinegar Garlic Smoked Paprika Ground Cumin

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well blended.

Put the chimichurri in a bowl or jar and put in the fridge to allow it to cool down. Remove it from the fridge once ready to use.

You can use your red chimichurri in a lot of different ways! As mentioned before it is great as a marinade. You can also use it as a dipping sauce.
