CHINESE EGG ROLLS

The Ingredients!

You may not be new to eggrolls, but it will definitely be a new experience making them from scratch! And doesn’t it always feel better when you make something yourself?

Prepare the filling. 

After the ingredients have combined and warmed through, set it aside to cool. 

Begin to fill and roll the egg roll wrappers by adding some filling to an egg roll wrapper. 

Roll the wrappers to enclose the filling and use a beaten egg to seal the egg roll before cooking. 

Fry the egg rolls in about 1" of hot oil. 

Serve with a sweet and sour or soy sauce as a dipping sauce.
