Yu Choy Sum

Yu choy is a popular Chinese side dish. Cooked up in minutes and topped with a savory sauce, this recipe is the perfect vegetable dish to serve with any Asian meal!

–Vegetable oil –Yu choy –Sesame oil –Garlic –Oyster sauce –Soy sauce –White pepper

Blanche the leaves for 30 seconds and then add to a bowl of cold ice water.

Prepare the sauce. Stir until it simmers, but then remove from the heat.

Drizzle the sauce over the yu choy that's on the serving platter.

For the best results, wash the leaves several times before cooking to rid the stems of any dirt
