Meatballs are a classic Italian-American dish that are simple to make and a definite crowd pleaser. This recipe is a favorite in my family, takes only 10 minutes to prep, and is so flavorful. You’ll want to make this again and again!

In Italy it can be rare to find meatballs on the menu! This dish is actually more of an Italian-American classic.

– Ground chuck – Eggs – Bread crumbs – Parmesan cheese – Salt – Dried Parsley – Dried Basil – Black pepper – Garlic powder

Combine the ground chuck with seasonings. Be careful not to overmix or they can become tough.

Two ways to prepare. your meatballs: #1 - Bake them! You can sear them on all sides first, then bake. Or, just go ahead and bake them.

#2 - Boil the meatballs right in the sauce.

There are so many ways to enjoy your meatballs. If you don't serve them over a bed of spaghetti, think about enjoying them with a side of vegetables or potatoes. You can also make meatball subs with them!
