MIDDLE EASTERN FALAFEL RECIPE

Falafel is a delicious ball of fried chickpeas and herbs that can be eaten as an appetizer or a main dish inside a warm pita. It’s a perfect vegan dish that can be enjoyed by anyone!

Dried chickpeas Parsley Cilantro Yellow onion Garlic Salt & Pepper Ground Cumin Coriander Cayenne pepper Baking powder Vegetable oil (frying)

Soften the chickpeas.

Prepare the dough in the food processor.

You want the consistency like wet sand.

Let the dough rest.

Form balls to fry.

Fry up the falafel balls.

Serve the falafel ball with a side of hummus or share as an appetizer.
