This brown butter gnocchi with sage and walnuts is the perfect 30 minute dinner! It comes together quickly, and the browned butter adds a depth and richness to the dish. Top it with some parmesan and mwah…. perfection.

– Unsalted butter – Frozen gnocchi – Sage leaves –Walnuts – Heavy cream – Parmesan  – Salt

Prepare your brown butter. Melt the butter in a metal pan and stir it regularly so it doesn't burn. It'll turn golden colored and you'll hear cracking & popping!

Bring a pot of water to a boil with salt and cook the gnocchi about 6 minutes. Drain the water.

Add the brown butter into the pan and cook the gnocchi in it. Add in the sage and walnuts, then sprinkle in the Parmesan at the end.
