COLOMBIAN HOT CHOCOLATE WITH CHEESE

Colombians will make homemade hot chocolate and then add a soft cheese into the bottom of the cup. The cheese will melt into the hot chocolate, and then they will drink it all at once.

It sounds like a unique combo. For those of us that aren’t Colombian, we're like, whaaat? BUT. There’s a reason they prepare it that way. Because it's delicious!

The cheese melts into the chocolate, and makes the drink extra thick and creamy. Plus, there’s a tiny bit of a salt hint to the recipe as well.

– 2% milk – Dark chocolate bar – Sugar – Mozzarella cheese

Whisk the dark chocolate into the hot milk and then add the sugar.
