Homemade Guacamole

Guacamole is a simple dish, but it’s important to know how to make it perfectly. Read on for tips on picking the right avocado, eating your guac, storage tips, and more.

Ingredients List:

Avocados Yellow Onion Lime Cilantro Roma Tomato Jalapeno Salt

Use a spoon to remove the flesh of the avocados from the shell. Put the avocado in a mixing bowl and use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed avocado and stir to evenly mix.


Expert Tips:

Put the leftovers in a tupperware container and use cling wrap or plastic wrap to cover the guacamole by pressing it down directly onto the guacamole before putting the lid on.
