EGG IN A HOLE BAKE

This Egg in a Hole Bake is a perfect breakfast to make for meal prep, a big family breakfast, or a brunch with friends. These brioche dinner rolls are filled with cheese, bacon, eggs, and green onions. It has quickly become a favorite breakfast dish in our home!

Whether it's a brunch item, meal prep recipe or a hearty breakfast for dinner you're serving, egg in a hole is delicious!

Fry up your bacon. You cook it until it starts to curl, not all the way. It'll finish baking in the oven.

Scooping out the middle of the buns is easy but the hardest part of this recipe.

Add melted butter inside each bun, then layer in cheese, bacon slices and add an egg.

You want your eggs to be on the runny side, they'll continue to set after being removed from the oven. Sprinkle some sliced green onions over the top!
