01

Prepare the Dough: Press the thawed pizza dough on parchment paper into a rectangle shape, about ⅛” thick. Brush with olive oil.

02

Use your hands to crumble the goat cheese on top of the bread. Bake for 15 minutes.

03

Grill the Peaches: Cut the peaches into slices. Place each slice on an ungreased electric griddle (you can also use a barbecue grill) and grill until char marks form.

04

Assemble the Pizza: When the pizza comes out of the oven, top it with the grilled peaches and the fresh thyme. Then drizzle honey over the entire peach pizza.

TIPS

Other stone fruits will work in this recipe if you want to try them out, specifically nectarines

TIPS

– If you want a more traditional summer herb, basil would be a great substitution for thyme in this peach pizza recipe. – If you want to stay away from too sweet of an appetizer, you can instead top the peach pizza with balsamic glaze (as opposed to honey)

Flatbread pizzas are normally made with a different kind of dough than normal pizza, usually an unleavened kind. flatbread pizzas are made using pizza dough, as can be found in this recipe.
