WIENER SCHNITZEL

Wiener Schnitzel is an Austrian main dish made with veal. The meat is pounded into thin slices, breaded, and fried and is then served with lemon wedges and greens for garnishment.

INGREDIENTS – Veal cutlets – Milk – Egg – Flour – Bread crumbs – Vegetable oil – Lemon wedges – Parsley

Prepare the meat by using a meat tenderizer to pound the meat to a 1/4 of an inch. Then coat the meat.

Fry the wiener schnitzel a couple minutes each side. The internal temperature should reach 145.

Be sure to let the wiener schnitzel drain on a paper towel before serving. Add a lemon garnish and squeeze the fresh juice from it over the meat.

Enjoy!
