Sweet Plantain  Chips

These Sweet Plantain Chips are made by thinly slicing ripe plantains and frying them lightly in oil. They are crispy, salty and delicious!

– Yellow plantains – Vegetable oil – Sea salt

Cut the plantains into 1/8" wide chips.

Heat the oil up and  fry the plantain chips until they are browned on the bottom.

Move the fried plantain chips to a paper towel lined bowl and sprinkle with sea salt!
