Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding

Have any leftover cider donuts from your trip to the cider mill? Try making this Easy Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding topped with vanilla sauce and an apple compote.

Bread Pudding Ingredients --Cider donuts --Eggs --Brown sugar --Sugar --Half and half --Whole milk --Cinnamon --Vanilla --Baking soda --Salt --Butter

Vanilla Sauce Ingredients --Heavy cream --Sugar --Vanilla --Butter  --Cinnamon Apple Compote Ingredients --Granny Smith apples --Cinnamon --Butter --Brown sugar

Prepare the donuts. (you want them stale so maybe leave the bag open a day ahead!)

Assemble the dessert!

You can pour all of your vanilla sauce on your apple pudding right away. I prefer to only pour half of it on the bread pudding at first. Reserve the rest for leftovers.
