GARLIC REDSKIN MASHED POTATOES

– Salted butter – Redskin Potatoes – Garlic Head – Green Onions – Sea Salt – Onion Powder – Milk – Cream Cheese

Chop up the redskin potatoes and add them to a pot of water. Boil til fork tender!

Melt butter in a frying pan.  Butter always goes good with mashed potatoes!

Saute garlic and green onions a few minutes.

It all takes less than 30 minutes to prepare! Perfect for Christmas dinner or enjoy it for a weeknight meal.
