The Ingredients Olive oil Garlic Red peppers Carrots Chicken stock Spaghetti noodles Cilantro Green onions Peanuts

The Ingredients Creamy peanut butter Rice vinegar Sesame oil Lime juice Soy sauce Brownsugar Chili paste

To get started, whisk together the ingredients in a bowl for the peanut sauce.

Cook the veggies using the instant pot saute pot.

Combine the broth and the peanut sauce into the instant pot. Break the noodles in half and submerse them into the liquid (but don't push them to the bottom).

After the IP finishes cooking, allow the pasta to continue soaking up the liquid for 5+ minutes. You can then sprinkle in the peanuts, cilantro and green onions.
