Baleadas Hondureñas Recipe

The most common snack or meal in all of Honduras are Baleadas Hondureñas, a dish made by layering refried beans, cheese, and sour cream in a freshly made tortilla. You only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this recipe!

INGREDIENTS – homemade flour tortillas – refried beans – Cotija cheese – Sour cream

Baleadas are a Honduran street food that is very well-known throughout the country.

Heat up a skillet and cook your tortilla until golden. 

Add refried beans to half of a tortilla. 

Crumble cotija cheese over the beans. 

Add the sour cream to the top of the cheese and fold it up. Ready to enjoy!
