    Antigua and Barbuda was the first country from the Caribbean that we cooked on the Foreign Fork. It hooked us on its cuisine, and we think you'll feel the same!

    The fresh Caribbean Seafood Salad is our favorite from the country, but we've been told our Duncana (Sweet Potato Dumplings) are spot on as well ;) Let us know what you think!
